We use USPS Priority Mail. Deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days after they are shipped. More information here.

Will I receive a confirmation e-mail & tracking number once I place my order?
Yes. You will first receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information. If you have not yet received these e-mails, check your spam folder first and then get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org

How can I make an exchange for a different item?
Exchanges are treated as a return & a separate purchase. Feel free to purchase the desired size or style in conjunction with going through the return process. We have limited quantities and cannot guarantee that your desired style or size will be available at a later date. Discounts used initially are not applicable to new purchases if they are expired. Can I purchase a Gift Card?
We do not offer gift cards at this time. Stay tuned! This may be something we offer in the future.
Can I return an item for store credit?
We do not offer store credit at this time.
